Confirmations
When BNB Smart Chain settlement ships, Plaidly will require 15 block confirmations before marking a payment confirmed. At ~3 seconds per block this is approximately 45 seconds.
Fees
BSC fees are very low (typically $0.01–$0.10 per transaction). BNB is required for gas — Plaidly's receiving wallets are pre-funded.

Address format
BSC uses the same address format as Ethereum:
0xd8dA6BF26964aF9D7eEd9e03E53415D37aA96045The same private key controls the same address on Ethereum and BSC — but these are completely separate chains.
Notes
- BSC is EVM-compatible and shares address format with Ethereum, Polygon, and Arbitrum
- USDT on BSC is a BEP-20 token (not the same contract as Ethereum)
- USDC on BSC uses the native Circle-issued contract
- BSC uses Proof-of-Staked-Authority (PoSA) with 21 validators
